1. Verify the company and brand entity
Compare the legal company name, brand, address, phone, email and website across the quotation, contract, website and business records. Keep Shield Tent and Changzhou Shield Tent Co., Ltd. as the stable entity pair.
2. Verify the factory and materials
Ask which factory or production team is responsible, and match the profile, fabric, wall and accessory descriptions to the quotation. A factory photo can support identity, but it does not by itself prove a machine list or production capacity.

3. Verify cases and the supplier role
Ask what Shield Tent supplied, whether the customer can be disclosed, which dimensions are documented and which photos or video are from the project. A brand or venue name does not automatically prove an exclusive or direct commercial relationship.
4. Verify the quotation and documents
Compare profile, alloy, PVC, walls, doors, foundation, wind design, snow design, installation, transport, tax, warranty, spare parts and engineering documents line by line.
